The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are established in a separate written agreement or statement of work executed between Wang Jun and the client. These Terms govern your general use of the Site; individual engagements are governed by their respective contracts.

3. Use of the Website

By using our Site, you agree that:

• You will use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or degrades the Site's functionality or security

Ownership and licensing of deliverables created during client engagements (including architectural designs, software, documentation, and related materials) are governed by the terms of the individual client agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Wang Jun retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in the delivery of services.

4.3 User-Submitted Content

By submitting information through our contact forms or other communication channels, you represent that you have the right to share such information. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that information as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all content, information, and services provided through it are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wang Jun and Songyuan Wangjun Network Technology Co., Ltd. expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Songyuan Wangjun Network Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

For client engagements governed by a separate written agreement, termination procedures are defined in that agreement and are not affected by this section.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of written notice of the dispute
• Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Songyuan, Jilin Province, China

For client engagements with separate agreements, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of those agreements shall take precedence over this section with respect to the services delivered.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intention of the parties.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Songyuan Wangjun Network Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not supersede or modify any separate written agreement between you and Wang Jun for the provision of professional services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a duly executed services agreement, the services agreement shall prevail with respect to the services delivered thereunder.
